Gage Bilt Installation Tools
Gage Bilt (GB) pneumatic-hydraulic (pneudraulic) and hydraulic installation tools are designed to permanently install a wide variety of commercial rivets and lockbolt fasteners including Avdel®, Cherry®, Huck® and POP®. The ergonomic design makes these “Huck-Style” rivet guns easy to use with one hand. Equipped with a low effort trigger, GB tools reduce operator fatigue, and the longer stroke provides a single stroke installation.
More afforadable than other brands of rivet tools, Gage Bilt makes highly engineered pneumatic-hydraulic and hydraulic rivet installation tools that are equipped with a one-piece piston which ensures less jamming than other brand tools. With less moving parts, GB rivet guns are easy to bleed, which makes them ideal tools for fast and permanent installation of rivet and lockbolts.
Nose assemblies and Power Units are not furnished with the tools, and are sold separately. Nose Assemblies are available in straight, right-angle and offset styles. Tool components such as service kits, jaw assemblies, springs, collets, pullers and hose kits are also available to purchase.
