What about first time customers?
If you don’t need terms, the minimum order is $50. and you can use a credit card. If you want to establish terms with Advance there is a $1,500 minimum and you must use a credit card for the first order.
What form of payment do we accept?
Standard Net 30 for customers with terms, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Wire Transfer (ACH).
What method of shipping does Advance offer?
We ship UPS, FedEx and LTL. We also welcome local customers to will call.
Will you take blanket orders?
Yes, we take blanket orders. Blankets will be accepted with releases not to exceed six months out. The minimum per release is $250.
Can Advance provide bagging and kitting services?
We have four in-house counting/scaling/bagging lines which offer a wide range of capabilities so we’re happy to discuss your bagging and kitting needs any time.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified professionals. Click here for the certification.
What is the minimum order for established customers?
The minimum order is $50. (minimum line $25.)
What is the order cut off time?
We ship same day when orders are placed by 3:00 pm. We understand there are certain situations requiring orders to ship same day if placed after cut off time. In these situations, we make every effort to ship same day.
Does Advance accept returns?
All returns and/or cancelations are subject to prior approval and will include restocking charges and/or cancelation fees.

Will you ship directly to our customer? The same day?
Yes, we will ship directly to customers and same day shipping is standard.
Do you have lot number traceability?
Yes, and you can cross reference your part number to ours.
Can you furnish ROHS compliant parts?
